Short Form Commercial Loan Policy
The Short Form Commercial Loan Policy is a one-page ALTA Loan Policy that provides built-in lender required coverages at no additional premium through lender endorsements incorporated by reference.
The Policy also decreases lenders costs by reducing discrepancies between recording instructions and policy thereby reducing audit costs, as well as reducing due diligence requirements (i.e. no need for lender to review survey, CC&R’s, tenant leases regarding the options/rights of first refusal, etc.)
